Spark's Rant is Scottish piper / pipemaker Hamish Moore's setting of a an 18th century tune first published in Neil Stewart's Collection (1761) . The transcription comes from his 1994 CD, Stepping on a Bridge. The real audio clip starts out with another reel (The Glen where the Deer Is).
