Howie MacDonald composed this hornpipe recently after a reunion session at the Doryman Tavern in Cheticamp. Fiddler Donnie Le Blanc played the Doryman every Saturday afternoon for perhaps 25 years. Gelase and Andre were his usual accompanists.

Currently unrecorded, like many Cape Breton 'hornpipes' this tune is played up-tempo and could easily played in a medley of reels.
